As part of national Cover the Uninsured Week (March 22-28), Univera Community Health is offering free eligibility screenings for uninsured people who need help finding a health plan that is right for them.

Univera Community Health representatives will be at various locations throughout Erie county helping people determine whether they are eligible for government-sponsored health insurance programs such as Family Health Plus, Child Health Plus, PlusMed, and Healthy New York.

After evaluating individual eligibility, Univera Community Health representatives will also be able to help people complete the necessary paperwork. Appointments are not needed.
