Fuller, APR Univera Community Health’s Free Health Coverage Screening for the Uninsured Univera Community Health is offering a free eligibility screening in Western New York on May 5, May 6 and May 12, for the uninsured who need help finding a health plan that is right for them. Representatives will be at the Lifetime Health Medical Group locations in Hamburg, Buffalo, and West Seneca helping people determine whether they are eligible for government-sponsored health insurance programs, including Family Health Plus, Child Health Plus and Healthy New York. Eligibility for such programs is based on income and household size. Univera Community Health’s representatives, after evaluating individuals’ eligibility, can also help people complete the necessary paperwork. Appointments are not needed.
